End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a contract between you and TabClicking Digital LLC ("we", "us") governing your use of the tabclicking browser extension (the "Software"). By installing or using the Software you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install the Software.
1License grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on browsers you control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.
2Restrictions
- You may not sell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
- You may not use the Software for any unlawful, deceptive, or infringing activity.
3The service
The Software sets your search experience and forwards queries you submit to a search partner, returning results to you. Suggestions shown as you type are provided by a third-party service. We may update or discontinue features at any time.
4No warranty
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Software, which for a free extension is zero.
6Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. It ends automatically if you remove the Software or breach any term. On termination you must stop using the Software.
7Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
